This durable backpack for running and physical activity, has most things and a little more. To begin with, a comfortably adjustable ergonomic carrying system but a waist belt and chest strap that can be adjusted. On the chest straps there are easily accessible mesh pockets with space for powergel. On the back, behind the padding, there is a padded compartment with a zipper for your laptop. A main compartment for clothes and shoes and outside it a small pocket with a zipper for your valuables. The outer compartment contains an organizer for pens, mobile phone, etc. At the bottom of the front there is a compartment with a mesh bag that can be folded out for shoes or a helmet. On the sides there are easily accessible side compartments in stretch material. And last but not least - a reflective fabric on the lower part of the front makes you visible in traffic.
