Aramid fibers, the same material often used in bulletproof vests, are integrated into the carbon fibers at the top of the racket for maximum durability and shock absorption. Combined with a PTFE (Teflon) treatment, this increases glide during contact with walls or floors. The new material composition provides even greater responsiveness and durability compared to a traditional frame.
