Designed as an all-in-one running and recovery sock, FS4 + counteracts swollen ankles, heel spurs (plantar fasciitis), osteomyelitis, heel inflammation, sore heels and hollow feet while accelerating recovery.

FS4 + is a very technical functional sock that strengthens the feet and legs by combining 5 graded compression zones with support. They have just like other socks from OS1st a support for plantar fascia (tendon under the foot) to reduce pain in e.g. heel spur (plantar fasciitis)

Good circulation is important for maintaining and building muscle during intense training. FS4 + supports the muscles during training, the socks are anatomically designed for optimal fit.
