Hyperlift: Stability for extreme weight
A wider heel that is low, flat and now comes with a removable Hyperlift insert that fits under the midsole and provides extra offset (+6 mm for women, +8 mm for men) for improved stability in squats, ball throwing exercises and heavy lifting . Without the insert, Metcon's offset is 4 mm from toe to heel.
Resistance to rope exercises
A more durable rope winding that extends a little higher delivers first-class, wear-resistant grip when climbing up for ropes that "ruin the shoes".
Increased speed and agility
Directed grip under the foot and up along the sides for faster starting and climbing as well as an elegant TPU clip on the heel for faster wall arm lifts.
